Welcome to New Territory, Located in the heart of Sugar Land.
Sitting on 3,200 acres just outside of the Sugar Land city limits is the master planned New Territory community. Located at the intersection of Highway 90A and the Grand Parkway, New Territory offers easy access to the Katy Freeway (I-10) as well as the Southwest Freeway (US 59).
This family oriented community accommodates a wide range of homes built by the area’s leading builders, all within the Fort Bend Independent School District.
